This project proposes converting the intersection of SR 73 and SR 67 into a single-lane roundabout to improve safety and traffic flow. This change will drastically reduce conflict points from 66 to 16, help lower vehicle speeds on all approaches, and shorten the railroad crossing for drivers.
Work for this project will include the acquisition of new right of way and a variety of easements imposed on adjacent landowners through the eminent domain process.
