Interchange Improvements along I-95 at Pittman Road (Exit 101), East Main Street/Micro Road (Exit 102), and Bagley Road (Exit 105)

Project ID: B6050
Construction Year: 2028
State: NC Counties: Johnston

Entity: North Carolina Department of Transportation

The proposed project will involve the replacement of the existing bridge over I-95, along with the realignment of the I-95 ramps to meet current safety standards. In conjunction with these improvements, several local roads will be reconfigured to remove their connections to the I-95 exit ramps. This includes the realignment of Bertie Heights Road, Seafood House Road, and Batten Road (S.R. 2329). Additionally, the project will create cul-de-sacs on St. Stephens Road and Little Creek Farm Road/Windermere Road, which will also eliminate their connections to the I-95 ramps.

Work for this project will include the acquisition of new right of way and a variety of easements imposed on adjacent landowners through the eminent domain process.

Should you be impacted by this project, we can help. If you are a landowner in the footprint of this project and would like assistance with this process or would like more information regarding your rights relative to eminent domain, condemnation, or easements, please contact us today.
