This project will replace the Oglethorpe Road bridge over Little Goose Creek, located approximately nine miles northwest of Jessup. We anticipate closing the road and bridge during construction, with an off-site detour in place. The construction period is expected to last 9 to 12 months. We will work to ensure that both bridges along this route are not closed simultaneously.
Work for this project will include the acquisition of new right of way and a variety of easements imposed on adjacent landowners through the eminent domain process.
